1Kphone support had to clue, so what's the scoop...please advise.

@united that's both ominous and concerning, so now I have to ask specifically, does this mean l will need to stand inline to checkN@the LAX UNITED ticket counter with a REAL PERSON when I arrive@the airport this evening🥴which right now seemingly is currently the only option available
