BREAKING: The DOJ is taking new legal action aimed at addressing the water crisis in Jackson, Mississippi. DOJ has filed a lawsuit against the city alleging that it has failed to provide residents proper drinking water in violation of the nation’s Safe Drinking Water Act.

The Rev. Al Sharpton was the featured guest at the Social Justice Forum lead by moderator, Roslyn Brock. He spoke about how the country has moved “from Jim Crow to Jane Crow” through the states rights movement. He encouraged sorority members to protect and use their right to vote
