@OoniHQ I’ve uploaded a video of my issue to Support and they confirmed it was a defect with the oven’s FSD. I’ve shipped the old oven back and a new oven is in process of being sent to me. Thanks for the prompt response. Hopefully, the new oven has no issues.

@OoniHQ We’ve enjoyed the pizzas that was made with my Koda 12. The build quality and support? Not so much. Only used the oven a handful of times and now it won’t stay lit unless I keep the knob held in. Support just gives me the runaround with the same troubleshooting steps.
