Theoretical knowledge is as important as practical and requires availability of time during residency.
People believe higher case load makes you skilled is the biggest bullshit I hear to justify toxic work culture. If such was the case - no doctor in US/UK would be skilled.

One question has always stuck me : If we already know that tamoxifen can cause endometrial hyperplasia and raloxifen doesn't then why do we still use tamoxi for maintainince therapy post mastectomy ?

@Neurochauhan No studies have shown proper propf of it and there have been just casual associations. Also the studies that show have higher errors and this statement is false !
