In 10 years, I want to see every man understand how menstruation affects each woman or girl and be supportive of that. These are our mothers, daughters, sisters and cousins. Lets come together, find solutions and normalise periods. #GandaFoundation #Afripads
Many girls across Uganda skip school while having their period. As a result, they are denied equal learning opportunities. Your £5 donation to buy reusable pads can sustain them for at-least one year. Will you join us in eliminating period poverty

Ganda Foundation volunteers travelled to Kasaali Primary School in Masaka to teach P4-P7 girls about menstrual hygiene and how to use the reusable pads donated to them. Powered by Big Yellow Self Storage
We are making sure every woman and girl can manage her period with dignity by providing reusable pads. No woman or girl should be held back because of her period.

Ganda Foundation and AFRIpads share common values of providing reusable pads to girls, advocating for affordable and hygienic products, addressing menstruation taboos and challenging complex social norms.

4th February was such a beautiful day as Ganda Foundation received a donation of reusable pads from Afripads. Our Founders were also made the new ambassadors of AFRIpads the leading manufacture and largest supplier of reusable pads across Africa providing over 3.5 million females
It gives us joy to learn that Kawoolo Hospital registered zero maternal deaths in 2019. Since 2015, Ganda Foundation gladly associates with Kawolo Hospital having donated 2 operating tables, 6 incubators, an ultrasound scan and an oxygenator all for the maternity ward.
We have come a long way with our Period Poverty Campaign. This was one of our first workshop before supplying reusable pads to the girls.
