@Fabletics I have been trying to get help for over 5 hours to cancel my membership & haven’t got through to anybody!! It has been a nightmare! Wouldn’t recommend using Fabletics to anyone after such an awful experience !

@Fabletics @khloekardashian Really awful customer service! Phone lines are saying a 2.5 hour wait, all chats online say I’m in a queue, WhatsApp hasn’t even given a response. Every time I get through to someone they say they can’t access my account because they’re American. This is so stressful

Really unhappy with @SkinnydipLondon , ordered a phone case in the sale over 2 weeks ago and have been trying to get hold of them as to where it is. Tried several times and still nothing!!

Poor customer services, was told lies @MossBros , promised delivery, told it was arriving today, told it was meant to be in stock- travelled to get it and it’s not there!! So poor!! And now without a suit for my brothers wedding!!

Utterly disappointed in @MossBros ordered a suit next day on Monday &it arrived Wednesday. Ordered another as wrong size &called customer service- it was said to be dispatched&arriving today. It’s not arrived and they’ve just randomly cancelled. My brothers wedding is Saturday!!

@AsdaServiceTeam Absolutely appalled, been told we would be called back by 1:15 and here we are again! We’ve offered to pick the shopping up as a click and collect instead of delivery and refund the delivery! Nothing!!

So disappointed with @asda @AsdaServiceTeam ordered a delivery for last night (had to pay £8.50 delivery!)& they sent the wrong order 🤦🏼‍♀️. Called them immediately- no answer, kept trying & they said they’d call us by 10pm….still not sorted this morning. No order. No food!

The cost of living going up but I’ve not heard anything about help for mums! No rise in statutory maternity pay to reflect the rising costs of everything !

@thegelbottleinc have the best customer service 🤍. Always really quick to answer the phone, super friendly & helpful 💅🏻. I couldn’t use another brand now 😍
