@airindiain Haven’t received any refund from March 2020, been tweeting and following up since 14 months @airindiain how many months/years do I need to wait to get a refund?

I have received many responses in the last 14 months saying “We are escalating the matter to the concerned department.” & no refund!

Don’t fly with @airindiain Hundreds of customers are still waiting for their refunds even after a year. No customer service, no refunds/credit, their call centers don’t connect you the billing department, they don’t respond to the emails, share refuse to share the refund details

@airindiain If you processed the refund as you claimed, you should be able to give me the refund details. Asking people to go through hundreds of emails, forms,calls and yet not responding to their refund requests even after 1year is unacceptable. @consumercourtin @ConsumerCourt_

Booked an international flight ticket for my dad for May 2020. Airindia had assured full refund for cancellations back then, it’s almost March 2021, but no response or no money back in spite of so many emails and calls.
