A threat actor using the alias "Ashborn" has posted listings on a well-known cybercrime forum claiming to sell databases linked to multiple Malaysian government entities, including:

• Ministry of Defence (MoD)
• Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA)
• Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE)
• Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA)
• GITN (Government Integrated Telecommunications Network)

The actor also claims possession of Malaysian Army personnel data (PII), allegedly containing:
- Full names
- Emails (including military domains)
- Mobile numbers
- Ranks & units
- Internal identifiers and system roles

The post indicates the data is being offered for cryptocurrency payment, with sample screenshots shared as proof.
