@Safaricom_Care Last week you replaced the mpesa app on both mine and my husbands mobiles with the OneSafari app. One Safari apps have never worked so we have lost access to M-pesa unless we use the lipa na mpesa. How long till fixed? Reported at Safaricom shop twice!!
