Did you know @Hyundai will keep your car for 3 months to replace their faulty engine but give you no rental or loaner?! They will, however, give their word you'll get reimbursed $35 a day if you pay out of pocket for a rental. You can't rent a car for $35!

@Hyundai While that is correct, we were initially assigned a case manager over a week ago. That person never reached out. Only after arguing on the phone for over an hour today was a new one assigned. So while I will be waiting, as I have no other option, this is not so straightforward.

The engine failed with my family in the car. It took nearly a month to diagnose as needing a new engine and will take another 2 to replace it. 3 months with no car and you do nothing to even try to help. Do better.

1. My customer care rep didn't reach out, got kicked off my case, and now we need to wait till January 3rd for a new one.
2. Your company does not cover rentals even when you'll be keeping my car for nearly 1/4 of a year.
3. You don't actually care about your customers at all.
