I have spent three weeks trying to contact the relevant people to assist me with my BA account
I have had emails and forwarded documents as requested but apparently it takes 28 days !!!
I have missed my flight booking and now it has increased by 20%

@homeaway after several e mails phone calls and confirmation from the owners I am still awaiting my refund from May !
Each time I manage to get through to homeaway they put me on hold and then cut me off . Very disappointed in this company and will refer to trading standards
