@AlexiLalas Its not rocket science this, engage parents in building a small society around a club where you prioritize inclusion for everybody regardless of economical strengths. Make money on sponsorships and work for businesses. Educate parents to be coaches good enough for kids.

I think you you misunderstand a lot, because in Norway majority of kids do 2-3 different sports up to 16 yrs, then they specialize. Working class cant do that in USA, its well documented.
