@NHSEngland I am going to be controversial here as my menopause was surgically induced. I do believe it is a stage of life, but I think it's a stage of life that isn't well understood by those going through it or those looking after us who are going through it.

Good morning followers. I would like to proudly introduce our new Dementia Nurse Nadia @NTobierre and I couldn't be more proud. She has a wealth of knowledge and was formally the ward manager in our Naseby Wards. Here she is standing proudly in our Dementia friendly garden 💙💜
