Did a little experimenting in the kitchen with my cloned coral tooth fungus. I’ll try a lighter batter next time — it’s got real tempura potential. The risotto turned out beautifully. Such an interesting ingredient to work with.

Update on the wild Hericium coralloides growing in Ladywell Park I took a tissue sample from back in November. It's now growing nicely in my kitchen. May make a grow kit yet...
