Absolutely abhorrent customer services from @Debenhamscom Having ordered some garden furniture for next day delivery, they have confirmed that it might take 12 days and even then the item Might be considered lost.
Why take my money if you can’t deliver on an order.
@Debenhamscom ordered some Garden furniture on 15th and it should have been delivered today having selected next day delivery but having waited at home all day, nothing has arrived. You’ve taken my money and not delivered as promised. Really poor

Ordered a new @HisenseUK washing machine from @currys a week ago. Installed it only to discover it’s faulty. A brand new washing machine faulty!! No power to the machine at all. Easy replacement right? Wrong!! Customer services of both abysmal and shambolic. Avoid them !!
I had an old but still functioning machine I had collected and now have a shiny box of metal doing nothing. With 3 boys adding hourly to the wash pile, I’m disgusted by @currys and @HisenseUK that I cannot just swap for one that works.
I have to call Hisense for an uplift number. Then go back to Currys. But Hisense send an engineer out to assess and offer fix. There’s no way a brand new machine should need a fix already. Engineer takes a week before they can come so in that time what am I supposed to do.
@Watford_Douglas@Richwfc2 I’d probably argue the forward output that JN gives us is more than the other defenders in the team. As a result, some defensive responsibilities will fall off. I’m looking at others to cover that issue, unless of course they’re also contributing as much forward output as JN

@Watford_Douglas Giving the ball away last night is really unfortunate but much higher on the scale of responsibility. That said, Irankunda gave the ball away so often but for Ngakia, the bloke hit a class class shot from outside the box. 99/100 of the time, those don’t go in and you’d be happy..
@Watford_Douglas Hmm whilst Ngakia was on his heels for the SU goal, arguably Wiley got turned inside out, Keben let the man get in front of him and trying to anticipate the direction of the ball from a half save wouldn’t render all responsibility on Ngakia in my book.
@Watford_Douglas I’m firmly in the camp of “Ngakia’s one of the first names on the team sheet”. Clearly stats play a part in modern football but the eye test and sitting in the stands and trusting what your eyes see are just as valuable if not more.
