@jbhager@JohanBruyneel@lancearmstrong could we on Stage 17 see another attack from Pogacar like in Stage 14 with the second set of time bonuses offered for the Col de la Loze climb (and go for the stage win) and how important will Yates be in who wins this tour?
@Alan_Couzens Q: when you do a session like 4x8min w/ 2min rest, is the 2min Rest and the warm up/cool down time included in that time of intensity? That entire session is about 60m total. Would you count that whole session as being the 10% for intensity or just the actual time at intensity?
@nealhenderson@fasttalklabs Definitely! I have a sprint Tri scheduled for June and my thought for training this go around was to use bricks for the high intensity workouts. So this was perfect to work on the top end for the bike and then going right into running.
@jfriel Thanks...I am excited to see how I do! I am using @BestBikeSplit for modeling. If my CdA ends up being close to what I am using in the model, I should I have a really good day for my abilities. Take Care!
@jfriel when switching from base to the build do you try to keep the hours of training per wk the same (since more time is at Z1) or do you cut some time due to the increase in time distributed to more intensity?
I have a 40k TT on 4/15. Thx in advance.
@jfriel quick question re: switching from base to build. What duration and intensity factor would one use for determining if more base is needed before switching over to build for an Olympic and 70.3 triathlon? Thanks in advance
@StephenSeiler I am about 2/3rd through the interview (great interview). Nils power on the bike made me curious if he’d ever consider an hour record attempt.
