@BTCare Changed to 6 and tried 11 but no change. Connection strength to hub is always full bars - just can't do anything when receiving 0.4mbs

@BTCare Thanks Eileen. Sadly, connection is particularly slow tonight - I can't even open the link you sent - Ethernet or not....
