@virginmedia please can someone confirm the number of boxes I can have of I move to flex... and why all of your staff say only 1 is allowed and can't give me a quote on a package. Hours onto Customer Service chat and phone and absolutely nowhere. Absolute shambles
@RebeccaDayMEN have you heard about ix wireless? Residents where I live have been told a number posts were being put up.. haven't answered any concerns and have dropped a few letters now to say they are putting them up this week. Other councils and residents have objected before.

Bought tickets to take my son to an event(1 Adult, 1 child) selected the option to upgrade the tickets, but didn't realise this only upgraded one.
Solution is rebook and lose the existing. Why can't we just add an upgrade?
@verynetwork.. @YodelOnline are the worst delivery company you use. I was expecting a delivery today.. but they decided my address is a business address so arecoming on Monday at the earliest. I got no update they had pushed it back, so was sat in waiting. #poorcustomerservice

Has anyone else with @virginmedia connection problems been told they need a repull doing? I first got told back in June 2019, I've now been booked in for 3 repulls and virgin media just haven't bothered to turn up. Still got issues, call centre still unhelpful.
@virginmedia I haven't they always struggle with my issue. I have had an engineer check all internal cables and change a box. He said it needs a repull, since then 2 engineers have been sent. It just wastes their time and mine. The box outside is also falling apart and wires are hanging out.
