@TicketmasterCS My partner has booked 2 hotel packages for Lana Del Rey at the Malmaison in Liverpool. But has only been allocated one room and Sound Travel are not acknowledging the fact he should have 2 rooms. This is very stressful and currently means someone has no where to stay on Saturday.
