@virginmedia Now after 5 hours and the 12th person I have spoke to on the phone they can only send out someone just to check if external works are completed in 2days time! Nearest date of internal installation 31st of September. Great help as my wife and I are both key workers 👎🏼

@virginmedia Brodband Installation date: 24th of September. External previous checks completed ✔ External works completed ( now after my wife had to argue with them to do so) update system to say works are completed ready for internal installation ( also booked in on 24th between 8am- 1pm)❌
