St-Thomas Project Update:
One of the standout features of our property acquisition is a vast amount of parking space. This is key for our development plans, as each unit requires its own spot. Lucky us, we're set with plenty of parking to support our new building expansion.
Transforming 2 bedrooms into bachelor units doubles our capacity. But, with permits possibly taking a year, we could miss renovation, refinancing, and new projects. Decisions, decisions.
