Today the W&G GPCCC took on North Leeds. In the hope of back to back victories. What a game! GPCCC won the toss and bowled.
Amelia had her debut at square leg…. Don’t think she realised how much action she would get in the first over alone!

Our 3rd over was great scoring 21 runs bringing our total to 302👏 we still had one over left and couldn’t afford to get out. Hazel now on strike showed nerves of steal and batted out a maiden over to victory 🙌🎉👏🥰🏏

Unfortunately, our 2s game at Notton Challengers has had to be conceded.

At the Parish, the bar is open from 1pm, so come down, have a beer, and support the sides push for safety....is the great escape on?

The entertainment doesn’t stop once the game has ended. After the removal of bandages, there will be a BBQ, Quiz, Bingo and of course the bar will be open. Let’s hope the weather is kind so we can have great fun and a few laughs 🥰🏏

After over 15 years at the club & more wickets than we can remember (and not as many disciplinaries as you'd imagine), 1st team opening bowler @dazchide has made the decision to leave the club to rejoin @Great_PrestonCC, along with his son & 2nd team opening bowler George Childe.

We are obviously disappointed to lose two very good players and stalwarts of the club, but the decision has been made for reasons that we as a club cannot change.

We thank them for all their efforts and wish both all the best at GPCC.
