Dear @firstpost your 'Vantage' is not the same anymore without @palkisu. The accent and throw of the current host is horrible and there's a huge need of subtitle to understand and follow!! Either you bring who can justice to what Palki was doing or you just stop it!!
I recently went on a trip to Egypt and want to share some horrible experiences. @ViatorTravel We booked 4 nights 5 days nile rive cruise trip which included pick and drop from our Cairo hotel, flying to Luxor and flying back from Aswan. The trip was being managed by @modytravel
@ViatorTravel@modytravel I want the rates to be same for all countries. I felt cheated when i knew everyone on that cruise paid less, yet they we were all so well served... but my paying for things were never ending!!
During the meal serving in @EGYPTAIR we asked for butter/cheese as they did not give any for the bun they served, the cabin crew picked the butter from the trash and gave us!!
Overall that was my Egypt trip!

I wanted to experience Egypt but I received third grade tourism behavior. Horrible experience with @EGYPTAIR. Our return flight was 4:30 hours late, it was an unending wait at the gate and then at the flight taxi
VIDEO | PTI Exclusive: On IT budgets in 2026, Exlservice Holdings CEO Rohit Kapoor says, βThe good news is the overall IT spend is increasing, so that has not diminished. The allocation of that IT spend into AI versus maintenance, or in terms of some of the legacy upkeep of technology that has changed very significantly. But the overall money that is being spent in IT is actually increasing still, and it's likely to increase for the next 5-10-15 years, so that's a huge opportunity set for everybody. The difference now is traditionally where companies would have spent money within their IT budgets that has changed and what enterprises are looking for is greater efficiency in the traditional areas of spend, the application development, maintenance, coding... they would like to be able to see much better levels of efficiency out there and therefore reduce the spend and that's why you're seeing some of the muted growth with some of the IT players but there's a lot more spend that is happening on the infrastructure layer, on the AI layer, on cybersecurity and there are new areas that are opening up which enterprises want to deploy. Therefore, those players which are able to pivot from the legacy in which money was being spent with an IT to some of the newer areas, I think those are the ones that are going to be benefiting from this.β

VIDEO | PTI Exclusive: On trade and tariff issues, Nasdaq-listed Exlservice Holdings CEO Rohit Kapoor says, βThe good part for us is all the tariffs and the levies are typically applied to manufactured goods. They're not really being applied to the services industry, and we are a hundred per cent services business. So for us, the impact is actually a secondary impact, which means our clients, who might be involved in manufacturing or goods, are impacted by these tariffs and in these kinds of situations, they may curtail their spend or they may need to readjust their supply chains and work out different ways of being able to manage this. We only see a secondary impact of that. We've been very fortunate that we've been able to target companies in insurance, banking and financial services and health care and in these industry verticals, which is 80 per cent of our business, there is no real manufacturing of goods, and no real trade impact that they see. So frankly, these industries haven't been impacted much, and so we haven't seen much of an impact on our business.β

VIDEO | PTI Exclusive: On EXL expansion plans, Exlservice Holdings CEO Rohit Kapoor says, βWe think the big problem towards the implementation of AI is companies not having their data estate in order. So we are investing very heavily in that. We've built a new agentic AI platform for data, which we call EXL data dot AI, and that allows us to help our clients get their data estate in order. We are investing in talent in data, so we are hiring a number of subject matter experts and data experts to be able to build up this competency for ourselves. And then we are working on new ways in which we can label data, apply data and build that into the foundational models. So data is going to be a big play for us, and that's what we're going to be investing in. From an infrastructure standpoint, we do think that going to the tier 2 and tier 3 cities in India will be important for us. We have identified a shortlist of a couple of cities where we want to be able to build new infrastructure and offer services to our clients from those locations.β
