I often drive from Delhi to Patna. I cover 1000 kms stretch of UP in about 10 hrs & last 150 kms stretch of Bihar takes me minimum 5 hrs! Need I say more on comparative analysis of both states which were at par not long ago. The difference is stark now..on every parameter!
