@PlayStation Why did you remove the community note, even though it just said the truth hmm? This entire company is just run by greedy cowards now. Wow, never ever gonna support anything new you guys make
@PaulTassi@Forbes I do not give a fuck if it is financially feasible for them to change anything, if they don't they will die as a company, mark my words
@khaliltooshort Exactly, having physical games go on sale, according to actual physical demand, also keeps digital prices in check when they go on sale. Most people would rather get a physical 30$ game than getting it digital at 60$.
@M0BILESUITZER0 100%. Videogames are art, you have to actually engage with them to fully experience them. Story can be the highlight of a game but it can't be seen as art if separated from a game. It only becomes excellent through being the story of a game, meaning it happens tied to gameplay.
@honaemus Its not. The reason why retro gaming as a concept used to be so intertwined with gaming as a whole is because you could emulate older games on anything even then. Nearly everybody has access to older games or is at least able to experience most games even if in an compromised way
@Skeleton__Kat This is the reason why "retro gaming" as a concept used to be so intertwined with gaming as a whole. You could emulate older games on your calculator, even then. Nearly everybody has access to older games or is at least able to experience most games, even if in an compromised way
The way people use AI has taught me, that certain people simply like the aesthetic of interacting with art, not actually doing it. Instead of actually throwing themselves into a new experience and doing so at any cost, they would rather skip inconveniences to "take shortcuts"
