@johnspigfarm @GMarketstozero @ElliottHenders7@_TheMizzouTiger My brother and I at 20 and 25 each bought 2 qtrs with zero money down. It is more paperwork but to save the cash and save on interest it's well worth it.
@itsmetoo92774@_TheMizzouTiger Not always the case but I agree with you there. I was just making different things that the FSA also does that has been backlogged
@JasonHanson2028 Tillage creating visibility issues is nothing compared to the trees, crops and buildings that are in the road right of way creating visibility issues.
@Sorrels97 From personal experience buying many things out of Canada you can go to Canada and drive it through the port with no broker paperwork. Or contact mazergroup dealership and they are happy to help with moving new Holland equipment through the border.
Not impressed with #corn after 6 stops in west central Iowa (Harrison/Crawford County area). Average 171 bu/acre. Last year was 201 and two years ago 218 through this same stretch. Ears are kinda short. #pftour23
@embdenhaymaker Look at it this way. Pasture rent is $55-75/acre and farm land rent is roughly $140-160/acre. $4550 for that pasture is equivalent to over $10k/acre for the farmland.
@McFeely_Inforum Go to the local hospitals in the FM area, specifically the ER and ask the nurses and doctors how many patients are left at their front doors and never reported. Many stabbings, gunshot wounds, and beatings that no one hears about unless you work in the med field.
