🚨 DEEP-DIVE ON THE PEPTIDES SUPPLY CHAIN
@mansizzzzle just published probably the best essay I've read on the peptides supply chain (link below)
Here are my top takeaways:
1. CHINA DOMINATION
Just 5 companies in China control roughly 88% of the global supply of protected amino acids 🤯
China also controls "synthesis" -- the process of actually assembling the peptide chains
The largest peptide manufacturer in the U.S. is CordenPharma in Boulder, CO, with 10k liters of synthesis reactor capacity
WuXi TIDES in China has 100k+ liters of capacity -- 10x the largest U.S. player
"China is the horny finance bro at the Spaniard in NYC on a Thursday eve, he'll hit on everyone." 🤣
2. BIG PHARMA vs. $HIMS
"Insiders tell me Lilly called TrumpRx directly when Hims planned to release orals mimicking Novo's Wegovy."
BIG if true 👀
3. THE 5% RULE
The "5% rule" limits a pharmacy's out-of-state shipments to no more than 5% of total Rx volume
It has NEVER been enforced but has been sitting in federal law since 1997
If big pharma gets their way, it could be enforced as a way for big pharma to crack down on compounders
"Pharma doesn't need a single new law. The mechanism already exists. They just need enough states to sign."
@mansizzzzle says watch Indiana, Ohio, & California
4. GREY MARKET CRACKDOWN
Earlier this week, U.S. Customs intercepted ~5k individual peptide shipments from China
Amino Asylum got raided last summer
Peptide Sciences ($7.4M in Dec 2025 sales) shut down voluntarily
Many "research-use only" companies are now losing their payment processors
Amazon stopped selling bacteriostatic water, which people use to reconstitute lyophilized peptides (per )
5. GREY MARKET QUALITY PROBLEMS
Finnrick Analytics tested 5,000+ samples from 173 vendors and found 8% had measurable endotoxins
Two women were hospitalized on ventilators after peptide injections at a Vegas longevity conference
"Rep. Harshbarger wrote to RFK in Nov 2025 making exactly this point — that restricting physician-guided compounding risks driving patients into unsafe markets. Which is obviously what happened."
"Prediction: The visible grey market largely disappears over the next 18 months. The large ad-spend RUO sites either get raided, lose payment processing, or follow Peptide Sciences & shut down voluntarily."

We harvest animals at 2–10% of their potential lifespan. That’s sad, but it is also the way of life. Predation and harvest are part of the natural order.
What’s more alarming is that humans can no longer keep up with the cycle we’ve created. When food availability outpaces biological rhythm, the system breaks. Hunger loses meaning. Satiety disappears. The body becomes metabolically confused by abundance without effort and calories without context.
This is why processed and synthetic food is so damaging. Not because it’s “unnatural,” but because it breaks the conversation between food and biology.
America doesn’t need another diet. It needs a return to self sufficiency, responsibility, and rhythm. A modern Cowboy era rooted in effort before reward.
We don’t need to dismantle modern food systems. We need to change how humans interface with them.
The key is intention. Action without intention is noise; belief without conviction is hollow. You must move with purpose, mean what you do, and believe in what you ask for. When intention, action, and belief align, something fundamental shifts. You stop searching externally and start receiving internally. And in that alignment, when the ask is honest and the will is real and you don’t just receive answers. You receive truth.
Guys, I understand that we’re coming to realize a lot of things from the past aren’t as good as we once believed. This applies to everything; food, religion, race, science, culture, all of it. Maybe some of the so-called “conspiracy theories” weren’t entirely wrong; maybe they were simply early insights before the rest of us could see the full picture.
As we evolve, we’re learning that many practices, beliefs, and systems we grew up trusting might not have been the best for us. But that’s part of progress, the veil is being lifted. It’s okay to acknowledge that certain foods may harm more than heal, that some fabrics or materials might not serve us well, that some institutions; even religious, corporate structures or social ones may not have operated with full integrity or fairness. The same goes for how we’ve treated each other across race, gender, and belief.
What matters is that we are learning. Humanity is in an awakening phase one where truth, awareness, and higher consciousness are becoming our guides. As we continue to grow, we’ll keep discovering new, better, and more conscious ways to live, eat, create, and coexist.
And I guarantee that in another 10 to 50 years, people will look back on this moment and realize that we, too, were just at the beginning of another great transformation, one where innovation, empathy, and awareness replace ignorance and division.
