@Defunctland The Kurt Russell Haunted Mansion short had details about it. A cam followed the scalloped edges. The top of the hill and bottom of the valley would cover the full extent of motion for a set actuator. How steep the curve between those points would determine how fast it moved.

@TheLeisureProf There’s not a ton of details. Some articles just list the Disney props department. An article from 2005 lists Imagineer Bob Johnson as the one responsible for making the first 2 fiberglass heads in the 70’s. He kept one and toured with it as a prop until he retired.

@Epcyclopedia It's the same as 7 Dwarfs which also got implemented on Slinky Dog Dash. 4 consoles in each corner capable of being operated in 1/2/4 person modes depending on staffing. The number of lap bars you check changes depending on which mode it's in.
