@WeAreZizzi Disappointed with our visit to Zizzi Cheam today. We had a 13:15 booking but arrived around 15 mins late due to delays with our four children. The table had been given away and the £10 deposit was still kept. This felt unfair. Could customer service please review?

I am being asked to measure a mattress for return and have asked if I need to open it even though it is clearly the wrong size but nobody is responding that I should open the package.
I want it in writing that I should open it.

@HappyBeds I am being asked to send measurements of a package that your company has delivered. How can a company that sent me the mattress not know the measurements of the mattress they sent me. It seems this is just another tactic to hang on to my money.
@HappyBeds I have already responded to the request but nobody has a responded and I still have a mattress I don't want. How is this good customer service?
