YouTube gives me a strike for doing original art while listening to music I have paid for legally to listen to via Spotify.

If I was watching a baseball game or a movie in the background (and paid for) would the great @Google @YouTube unilaterally issue me a strike?

Contents providers, the ones that that make these platforms worth a penny, is this the type draconian platform you are spending your time and energy on, your life experiences, your work, creation only to have them terminate you die to the music you listen to?
