The issue is that if a driver starts a ride, there is no way to cancel it, and no way to directly contact @lyft, no way to ping another ride, all while having your money stolen.

So @lyft needs to have a number to call. A friend just just had a driver start a ride long before picking her up, then, eventually, after driving around her location many times eventually picked her up, and what was a 15 minute ride was billed as an hour long ride. This is theft.
