@LexusUK After waiting 14 months since ordering, this final delay is crazy. Other owners on same ship have received their new NX's already. Dealer can't provide any info on why such a long delay or when we will get the vehicle. #frustrating #LexusNX #williteverarrive

@LexusUK My wife's new NX350h F Sport arrived UK 4th March. Stuck in Derbyshire receiving centre for weeks. Don't understand how Lexus can build a car in Japan & ship to the UK in 3 weeks, but 5 weeks after arriving at Portbury, UK it still hasn't arrived at the dealership.
