It’s important to affect everyone in a bigger group setting. It was great to see one of our younger players in the squad carry this into our U20s game where he got an assist from the weight/timing of his final pass ✅

Effecting Every Position🔀
An attacking unit session can have a lot of outcomes based on the positions involved, here we were working on:

1. Winger Finish - From CM pass (Shown in Video)
2. CF Finish - From CM slip pass
3. CM Finish - From a 3rd man run

other times they just want some repetitions to FEEL sharper performing a certain action.

So, we have to make sure our exercises replicate a real action where possible, and not just reps for the sake of it.

Realistic Practice Design 🔎

Most IDP & Unit sessions are simple in terms of design, the key thing is to replicate scenarios which are relevant to the players position &/or IDP focus
