HOWEVER, we NEED you in our rooms so that you know what's happening with students.

Playing a math game today with #'s 1-10 in various colors. One S gets a blue two, says "blue two" but it sounds more like "blue tooth."
Another S says, "The last time I had a blue tooth, my mom took me to the dentist."

Having a high performing school with high test scores and lots of kids with 4.0's doesn't by itself make your school amazing.
Those students must also be prepared for life including how to work collaboratively, handle failure, communicate effectively, and, well, be a nice person!

👍 Parked there today. A couple blocks from @wistatfair, friendly staff working the lot, and every dime goes to @DottkePBLHS students. @goelzg, the principal, organizes it, works it, and doesn't keep a dime for his own budget. Instead, it goes right to the teachers and students!
