@virginmedia Ok broadband now says no problem, TV says broadband connection issues, which I assume means it needs rebooting. Has an engineer fixed something?
@virginmedia broadband outage in NW1 estimated fix 1st of August? Are you joking? A 4 day outage? That's completely ridiculous. It's a basic utility nowadays, and needs to be 100% reliable. Never have I felt more like switching provider.
