@TheRichFromCali Whether or not anyone outside of the Justice Department supports it is not relevant. If there is enough evidence (I haven’t seen any) to suggest it’s appropriate, it should be done, but I wouldn’t count on the Supreme Court to uphold any verdict that goes against a Republican.
