@TicketmasterCS@LatitudeFest Now officially convinced ticketmaster have messed up my tickets for Latitude. I booked campervan tickets 1year ago and tickets are now showing as void. I only get a response saying they are looking at the issue. 2 weeks no resolution. Poor service.
Not sure if it was this tweet that helped but after 21 days of trying we have now had our ticket re-instated. Why so long and who else is suffering at ticket masters CS failures? Unacceptable Service.
