@hike_the_earth @WallStreetApes Its not uncommon to see droves of mini-bikes go downtown, it is fairly annoying as traffic has to wait for the drove to pass by but such is LA traffic regardless, the only reason this is illegal is because they are mini-bikes, which are not street legal.
