@alexandrelwt@TicketHelpLFC There was about 60/70 tickets on the hall map at 15:55 for 1+
God knows how many will be returned if they don’t get it forwarded before 5pm
👋 Morning Reds, quiet day today with just the one sale this afternoon, so I thought I’d address a few things you might have seen last night since I was tagged and clear a few things up.
(I was sound asleep – parent life 😴).
• I started this page (@TicketHelpLFC ) when the other page went absent for months, missing key ticket changes, first half ballot dates and auto-cup dates. The community also went downhill with scammers and touts everywhere.
• I offered to help run their page which I didn't get a response too but I did become a community mod, but after a disagreement with the admin, myself and a few others mods left. That’s when I started @TicketHelpLFC.
• Yes, I posted in their community — because they were inactive (again) for weeks during October, missing second-half ballot info and other key sale updates. I was just trying to help fans who hadn’t found my page yet, that's all.
• When they became active again, I posted twice in their community on that same day, but nothing since. A few days later they posted in my community (an irrelevant Chelsea away criteria post) ; I hid the post, which led to them blocking this page, my personal page and the mods helping me (they kindly unblocked me last night to tag me in their post)..I did block them and their mods back out of frustration, but I’ve since unblocked all their mods (apologies mods! 🙏)
• I’ve poked a bit of fun about the X Space mishap yesterday and the donations (Scouse pie) page they have set up — because I don’t think helping fans should come with a price tag. I actually lose money running this page (Premium + tools), and assume they do too, but it’s voluntary and I don’t expect anything in return, all we do is setup reminders and take info from the LFC site.
• I don’t want people to feel like they have to “choose sides” — still don’t, it's not that deep. I’ll keep doing my thing, they’ll keep doing theirs, and hopefully between both pages you get the best chance of navigating the LFC ticketing ballache we all know too well. I'm just trying to help people get to Anfield at the end of the day and don't think you should feel obligated to donate money.
Sorry for the long read! Up the Reds
(Feels like one of those serious club statements 🤣)
Myself and daughter use the same email to log into our LFC accounts. I can’t remember her password. When I try and re-rest the password, it’s just resets mine. Anyone know how get round this?
