I called 150 number to discuss my bill and I was greeted by a representative who clearly had a bad night's sleep.

Asked to be management and he denied my request twice firstly on the basis that he "doesn't have to" and then because its "company policy".

No help was provided by the online support and it was a complete waste of time contacting them.

Eventually its been agreed with the location we was staying at that a refund would be given after being given contradicting information.

Overall terrible customer service.

@premierinn booked a room with 2x baby cots (twins) 20th April at Epsom North everything confirmed all fine - Voice mail today to be told two cots won't fit in the room / when calling you are only allowed a single cot anyway...Staff members reply "it’s not my fault"

Anyone’s kid get chickenpots the best advice I can give you is to make / buy “Colloidal Oat Powder” to bathe in. (Purchase organic whole Oats from the shop and blend them untill they are a fine powder)...absolute magic.
