@kylekirms I see where you’re coming from. One of the issues is soccer, not being contained to one league like NBA, is hard to regulate financially. This has led to super teams. Being able to play more players would further widen the imbalance. Also, the use of subs is a tactic
@SmallerFishGAA My friend played for Notts Forest (youth and first team bench no appearances). Outside of pre-season ,GAA train much harder than professional teams on fitness. We also dont yet enforce/value recovery, rest and flexibility enough here.We are over stretched strings waiting to snap
@matthewdmarsden Thats clearly bullshit. You have massive numbers of Italian, Irish, Mexican and South American people living there who care very much. It’s obviously just not as big as other sports there
@Blesing_Andrew The third keeper is either a young talent with potential or a veteran who helps the 1 and 2 and youth keepers in the club and in the unlikely event he has to play, the manager trusts him to do a job
@hullman76@markbaines64@GNev2 Dislike him all you want but let’s not rewrite history and pretend he wasn’t a brilliant right back. Fergie was ruthless, we all know he would’ve moved him on if it wasn’t true
