@BBCRB Not a question but more of a comment for Steve. He’s already touched on the fan base, but if he can put a squad together that challenge at the top end throughout next season - the Mem will be rocking. The 12th man will be there Steve, keep us flying high.
“Should’ve given him the January transfer window”
He signed 15 players - a lot of the tripe you see on that pitch is DC’s making.
DC will always be a legend, but we’re talking about trying to save a football club.
No time for Mr Nice. Next one needs to be right.
Spot on. Moaning that a protest lacked movement and support, the same protest you were also invited to join. Don’t sit there and pick problems, when you are the problem.
Just my opinion. If I group of people make noise trying to start a demonstration/protest and make it well known to the fanbase. Than half the fanbase proceed to mock the protest rather then get involved. You are the reason it was a shite protest. You aren't helping.

We need every single fan to make themselves heard on Saturday.
Despite the utter shambles this football club is right now, the one thing we do have is a passionate fan base that can stand strong when everything else seems to be falling apart.
Be there😤😤😤
We spoke to @SpeakUpSellUp to discuss their small protest planned for this weekend’s game, as well as their thoughts on the current situation at Bristol Rovers.

I know people get passionate about him, but this is coming from purely a footballing perspective.
What an absolute shocking decision sacking JB turned out to be. Let’s be real. Nails have been hammered into our coffin ever since.
🚨Purely footballing perspective!🚨
@ElliotLane11 But even when the atmosphere is ‘good’ - we have two songs.
You never see a fan base banging a drum and not having a good time. I’m not saying the drum is a must, but until we start getting creative and become unstuck in our ways, I don’t think anyone can scrutinise the idea.
I got hammered for this last week but the reality is, another real flat and dull atmosphere at the Mem.
It’s okay though, we had a good rendition of Goodnight Irene and sang over half of ‘when the gas go marching in’.
Gills fans singing ‘is this a library’ and you can’t argue.
Unpopular opinion but, it feels like the football club is dying.
The club needs a fresh start and a new look. Update the crest, give the fans a drum, make it feel different.
Every other club is pushing on and progressing, whilst we’re stuck in our ways and going backwards.
@GasAssociate 100% agree. The young fans behind the goal have 0 imagination for any songs. We used to have individual songs for every player back in the 00s and now nothing. Its the same old shite singing about a club across the river who couldn't give a shit about us.

@GasAssociate Agree about the atmosphere and it starts when we come out to pirates of the Caribbean.. awful!! As others have said we only have 2 songs!
So many moan about us not moving forward but shoot down any idea of change, drum, goal music, etc.
Nothing changes if nothing changes.
