I just (again) got this when calling a bank. It's not 'longer than usual', it is USUAL. Either hire more call operatives, or don't play the message. It's a lie and we all know it.

The reality is that these are FURTHER *brutal* pay cuts VS high inflation, to the groups in public sector who have already had the steepest pay erosion

Our letter sent today to @RishiSunak to try and work out why @SteveBarclay insists he has no mandate to offer a credible deal. We continue to be willing to engage in meaningful talks with the Government at any time including up until our planned strike action.
