I warned about the Gold crash.

THE S&P 500 IS PRICING IN A PERFECT SCENARIO

Markets have surged nearly 50% since the October bottom
Kalshi is assigning ~60% odds to an $8,000 target by year-end
Consumer sentiment is now flashing strong euphoria signals

But the real question is: what is actually fueling this move?

It’s the expectation that AI will reshape corporate earnings within the next 1–2 years

Microsoft, Google, Meta, and Amazon are collectively pouring over $200B annually into AI infrastructure

Analysts are already modeling outsized future returns
And equity prices are effectively front-running those projections

At this stage, there’s a structural tension forming

Jensen Huang has pointed out that agentic AI could require up to 1,000x more compute than currently exists to function at scale

Yet the necessary data centers, energy capacity, and infrastructure are still under construction

In other words, the market is pricing the endpoint before the buildout is complete

Meanwhile, price action is starting to resemble late-cycle behavior
