If Man Utd wants to compete, they gotta shell out some serious cash to fix their team. Spurs getting Fernandez and Tonali isn't a waste of money, it's a statement. Man City's in a better spot than United, but they paid a crazy amount for Anderson. Rice and Caicedo weren't cheap either.
