Mrs Diane RWIGARA :- Instead of submitting a criminal record: She subimitted a copy of court file

-Instead of submitting proof of Rwandan citizenship: She submitted a birth certificate

-She failed to submit at least 12 signatures of her supporters from the following districts Kamonyi, Gatsibo, Gasabo, Musanze, Nyagatare, Burera, Nyabihu and Kayonza)

-List of signatories in districts of Huye and Gisagara, their IDs doesn't exists

-Some of the ID numbers don't match with the names on the list she submitted.

So, If a candidate cannot fulfill requirements how can they be taken seriously ?
