Christopher Wray will claim that he didn't know about this interview Tucker Carlson did with Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund, even though Tucker talked about it on Russell Brand's huge podcast.
Then, once that news is out long enough, Wray will pivot to say he didn't perjure himself in the House hearing today because he wasn't aware of the interview until some vague, undefined later-occurring point in time.
(Worse yet, today Wray refused to say if there were paid informants, whether professional contractors or ad hoc informants shuttled a few bucks here and there, to go to J6.)
The Judiciary Committee needs to, at the very least, start contempt proceedings against Wray.

This story is crazytown. Completely nuts. Epps is on camera repeatedly telling people to go into the Capitol despite the fact they'll get arrested. He is *still* featured in the FBI Washington Field Office's pinned tweet as someone responsible for J6 violence. But Tucker is the bad guy for wondering why a guy caught on camera inciting people to take over the Capitol hasn't been charged with anything two and a half years later? Crazytown. https://t.co/RYCq2Mjy1P
Director Wray had a bad day on Capitol Hill.
Last week, a federal court called the FBI’s censorship of conservative voices “arguably the most massive attack against free speech in US history.”
While this doesn't seem to be a priority for Wray, it is for the American people.

@SenTedCruz 🎯👉🏻If the IRS whistleblowers are telling the truth,M.Garland covered up for Hunter Biden&has protected JoeBiden throughout the whole investigation. This contradicts his entire testimony in front of the SenateJudiciaryCommittee🎯🇺🇸Great Report Senator @GOP must react🇺🇸
FBI Director Wray admits the government has been working in conjunction with financial institutions like Bank of America to mine personal data such as gun purchase records for law abiding citizens, with no warrants or subpoenas involved.
.@ABCSharkTank's @kevinolearytv said that many businesses in the US, especially smaller ones, can expect a "crisis emerging" soon.

NEW: Jim Jordan proposes a plan to move FBI headquarters from Washington, D.C. to Huntsville, Alabama as corruption within the bureau continues to worsen.
How about we just dismantle the FBI instead?
In a letter to the the House Appropriations Committee, Jordan made the argument that the move would reduce the influence of politics at the FBI.
“The Committee remains concerned about the politicization of federal law enforcement power emanating from FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C. The centralization of FBI operations in the National Capitol Region has allowed improper political influence to taint law enforcement investigations and activity.”
Jordan also brought forward specific language for the 2024 appropriations bill to address the bureau’s proposed move.
“The FBI is directed to submit an operational plan within 90 days to move the FBI Headquarters out of the National Capital Region.”
Less talk, more action.
37% of Americans have a favorable view of the FBI. That’s about where Joe Biden’s poll numbers are. Makes sense when you consider both Biden and Chris Wray are trying to put President Trump in prison before he gets back in the White House.

FBI Director Christopher A. Wray became visibly agitated as he strongly pushed back against suggestions that undercover FBI agents and a man named Ray Epps instigated the Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol. https://t.co/NrUmo0BJTl
This doesn't even make sense: People are inferring things because he hasn't been charged with anything, but he says might be charged with something proving all the haters wrong, but he hasn't been charged with anything, and that also proves he didn't do anything wrong on J6.
Ray Epps: "We need to go into the Capitol!"
FBI: "We're arresting everyone who was near the Capitol except the guy who told people to go into the building"
Tucker Carlson: "Why has this guy who told people several times to go into the Capitol not been arrested?"
Media: "Tucker is promoting conspiracy theories!"
Ray Epps: "I'm suing Tucker!"
