@BillisKing My first real successful 9lb brisket after a year & a half of 5 prior attempts. Started it at 11pm and took it off at 2 PM. The bark came out with the right texture & very tasty.  I’m trying to cut it up the way a Pro chef does. My Primo grill worked well overnight .

@BillisKing As I say the college presidents hold the trump card to whether we have football this season. They will use their legal advisors determine the vulnerability of COVID-19 lawsuits their players, coaches, staff and any fans. Some news articles are beginning to emerge.

@BillisKing I disagree with listeners that say for people needing mask protection to ‘stay home’ till the virus risks subsides.I totally disagree as we shop at stores that asks customers to wear masks.Their analogy is like they should be able to drink&drive stay STAY off the road

@BillisKing I guess the Rocket scientist in me try to use the worldwide data especially the death rate. Until this gets down in the range of regular flu or other life threatening illnesses, i can’t see us playing college sports other than in empty stadiums. I WANT COLLEGE FOOTBALL to happen!

@BillisKing Jim is full a cr.. about his view of the virus and risk of older people going out in public like restaurants and bars. The folks showing up in beer joints/bars just don't care about catching the virus & dying. Everyone I know that is 60 & older, are staying isolated.

@BillisKing Well you may of heard that our own Senator Alexander is in fully in favor of a phased return to full business re-openings. However he said universities(specifically-UT) & colleges to be fully back to normal operations with students should NOT be before the end of Aug.
