@zeptocares Will Zepto take any action on my complaint and provide a proper resolution? I have still not received any satisfactory response. Please update me on what action has been taken and resolve this issue at the earliest.

@ZeptoNow I ordered Nutraj Dates from Zepto. When the order was delivered and I opened the package, I found what appeared to be fungus/mold on the dates. There was also a very foul and unpleasant smell coming from the product. And no response from the mail.

@zeptocares If your team does not provide a proper solution to my complaint, I will have no option but to uninstall the Zepto app and stop placing any future orders with Zepto.

I expect a proper response and resolution to this issue instead of ignoring my complaint.

[Gau Mata Seva Sanstha @GauSevaSetu]

@zeptocares @NutrajIndia There has been no response from your side.

[Gau Mata Seva Sanstha @GauSevaSetu]

This is a serious food safety concern. Please investigate and provide an immediate refund/replacement and explain why the complaint was closed without resolution.

@ghaziabadpolice @uptrafficpolice @Uppolice

[Thakur Harsh Pratap Singh @ThrottleMindset]
