I had my mobile appointment cancelled last week and I have been trying to get through via the phone number to customer services and have been on hold for hours. Is there any other way it can be rearranged?

I understand there is an outage today regarding payments. My other half sent me some money this morning, it appeared to arrive in my account but then was removed. Should this at some point arrive back into my account? Or back in hers?

@nxcare hi there, I'm on the 030 from Fareham to London and we will approximately be 40 mins late. Which will mean I'm missing my next coach at 530 to Sheffield. What are my options???
